David Lee Roth, 68, Born In 1954 – “Van Halen”

While the band Van Halen was named after the iconic guitarist Eddie Van Halen and became known for his talent and distinct guitar sound. But there was another star of the show, whose energetic and athletic stage performance, along with his dextrous vocal performance, made him a rock n roll legend.

That man is David Lee Roth, and he was the original singer of the band. He left the band but rejoined in 1996 and again in 2006 for the band’s highest-grossing tour. He is also an accomplished solo artist who has released numerous gold and platinum albums. In 2021 Roth announced his retirement from music.
