Greg Wise, 57, Born In 1966 – “Sense and Sensibility”

Greg Wise is best known for playing John Willoughby in the hit film “Sense and Sensibility” and marrying his co-star, the legendary Emma Thompson. He did a lot more than marry her, though, as she credits him with bringing her out of a dark place after her divorce from Kenneth Branagh.

He has also done more than “Sense and Sensibility” and has a few other notable roles. These include films like “Judas Kiss,” “Johnny English,” and “The Adventures of Greyfriars Bobby,” among many others. In 2021 he voiced a character in “Tuca & Bertie.”
