Patrick Roy – Englewood, Colorado – $1 million
Former ice hockey player Patrick Roy also served as the Quebec Remparts general manager and the Colorado Avalanche’s vice president of hockey operations. His legendary hockey goaltending skills always see him crop up in conversations as possibly the greatest of all time. After leaving the Avalanche, he decided to free up some money by putting his Englewood home up for sale with all the furniture included for a little over $1 million. The property has three bedrooms with three and a half bathrooms and 14-foot high ceilings spreading over a 3,500-square-foot space. Unfortunately, the house doesn’t include hockey memorabilia but also comes with Roy’s old pots and pans.
