Mike Ribeiro – Scottsdale, Arizona – $5.6 million
Mike Ribeiro decided to put his Scottsdale home on the market for $5.6 million. This came after the Phoenix Coyotes released him from his contract after the 2013-14 season when he didn’t manage to keep up with his previous season’s scoring pace. The 2011-built Tuscan-style home occupying over an acre in the DC Ranch also features a golf course with city and mountain views. Its 8,665-square-foot space includes seven bedrooms, a game/media room, and a kitchen with a custom double island. As an unrestricted free agent, Ribeiro might have to dig into his savings account from time to time and he eventually decided to also sell his 8,242-square-foot Frisco home.
