Scott Disick may be primarily known for being reality star Kourtney Kardashian’s former longtime partner but it looks like he’s now bent on creating his own solo career in reality television outside ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’. After trying his hand at startups, nutrition, and fashion, the 36-year-old father of three has set his sights on the world of house flipping.
New Career, Old Interests

In Disick’s new reality show ‘Flip It Like Disick’, the star rekindles his teenage interest in everything furniture and interior design-related.
Speaking in an interview, he admitted that he eventually lost interest in the topics because he didn’t have a place to really express them. Fortunately, he remembered the design magazines he used to read while he was working on his own house.
Some things have changed though. Disick was first biased in the Italian mid-century aesthetic, he’s reportedly now a fan of French midcentury designs. He also cited the likes of Jean Royère, Charlotte Perriand, and Pierre Jeanneret as his current favorite designers and architects. In fact, they are actually well represented in the Hidden Hills property that he just finished working on.
The star’s ‘Flip It Like Disick’ team is composed of a motley crew of people who has experience in the field. Some of them are Disick’s business partner and best friend Benny Luciano and singer turned interior design guru Willa Ford.
Contemporary Farmhouse

The said property is a contemporary farmhouse that Disick reportedly purchased just last year. Putting his interests and learnings to good use, he spent the following months renovating the place.
And now, he’s moving onto the next step in the house flipping process as he puts it up for sale in the market. The property is listed at $6.89 million which is more than twice what he paid for it initially.
Originally built during the early 1970s, the home is located in an exclusive and guard-gated community in the Los Angeles city. Its listing describes Disick’s renovation work citing the high-quality finishes and attention to detail. Another notable design element of the home is its emphasis on indoor-outdoor luxury living.
Indoor-outdoor Living

Outside, the home boasts of having a zero-edge pool and even a spa with its own gas pit. Of course, the interiors don’t disappoint, too. Home chefs will definitely find the kitchen, with its Miele appliances and white oak cabinetry, a joy to whip up meals in.
Another great feature of the home is its controllable sound system that allows residents to listen to some relaxing tunes both inside and outside the house.
And unlike most homes, the two-floor residence has two master bedrooms located on each of its stories. The ground floor bedroom is connected to the outdoors via some Fleetwood pocket doors.
