After the birth of her first son, Nicole Sullivan was determined to bounce back to a size 6 again. To start off, she would go for a 45 minute run six days a week and avoid sugar and dairy in her diet. Besides that, she also adhered to the 1200 calories diet per daily consumption. In about a few months later, Nicole succeeded in losing 35 pounds! That’s a super mom move, if you ask us. Nicole proves that it is indeed possible to lose weight just after a few months of giving birth. Of course, every mother is different and it’s okay if some of them take a little longer than months to lose their baby weight.
