Reality television star Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson is now part of the group of famous people who have begun a weight loss journey. After Mama June achieved success with her own reality TV show, Mama June: From Not to Hot, Alana was given the chance to be featured in a weight loss show with her sister Lauryn. Alana wanted to emulate her mother’s success and thus switched over to a strict diet that does not include sodas or fried food. At first, Alana was not keen on this idea as she had said in 2017 that she loves the way she looks. However, eventually she consented to changing up her diet plan.
