Donald Sutherland – $2.995 Million, Palisades Beach
Donald Sutherland is yet another actor from the past who is continuously making money to this day. Sutherland once owned a beach house by the Palisades Beach which boasts a well-designed interior. One of the best parts of the place is the cozy living room that has a library wall. Sutherland sold the place a long time ago and Neil Jacobson of Interscope Records is the one who currently owns it. The place was listed back in 2015 for $2.995 million. Sutherland is set to star in two upcoming movies titled The Burnt Orange Heresy and Ad Astra.
