Cloris Leachman is yet another star who thinks it is never too late to make a real estate investment. Back in 2012, Leachman spent around $930K on a ranch in Topanga. The ranch is about 2,700 square feet and it has a total of four bedrooms. It boasts a spacious viewing deck that overlooks a very large pond. Leachman first rose to fame in the acting scene back in the 1970s when she starred in The Mary Tyler Moore Show. She is set to star in a new movie titled A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Castle.
