Joan Collins – $4.5 Million, West Hollywood
Joan Collins pursued acting professionally back in the 1950s. Some of her most famous roles were on Dynasty, Rally Round the Flag, Boys!, and The Girl in the Red Velvet Swing. Collins once owned a condominium in West Hollywood, California which was about 2,260 square feet. The place was not that big and it only had two bedrooms. Collins bought it for $2.7 million back in 2007 but she later listed it with an asking price estimated at $4.5 million. Collins is quite the real estate investor as she also owns homes in New York and London. Collins’ most recent role was on an episode of Hawaii Five-0 in 2019.
