Snooki climbed the ladder of fame when she appeared in the MTV reality show Jersey Shore. Her loud style and her equally daring personality stole the show and thus, her popularity grew. When she announced her pregnancy back in 2012, no one really expected her to regain her pre-pregnancy body. Lucky for her fans, Snooki generously shared her workout routines on instagram so her followers would be able to keep up. Spending hours at the gym doing strength training and cardio workouts have contributed to much of Snooki’s weight loss. That toned body surely wasn’t built overnight!
