Dick Van Dyke – $6.5 Million, Encino
Dick Van Dyke rose to fame back in the 1960s courtesy of The Dick Van Dyke Show. He is already in his 90s but the paychecks keep coming in for him. He reportedly has an upcoming movie titled Capture the Flag. Van Dyke once owned a lavish mansion in Encino which was about 12,015 square feet. The mansion had three bedrooms, a tennis court, a wine cellar, and even an elevator. Someone eventually bought the place for $1.2 million back in the 1990s but in 2016, a new owner moved into the place after buying it for $6.5 million.
