Besides being an iconic country singer, Dolly Parton has always been known for her philanthropist works, her recent ones being her historical contribution towards the covd-19 vaccine and her book gifting programme. Between her career and her charitable works, you’d think she’d have less time for grooming. Well, you’re wrong. Dolly Parton would never step out of the house looking undone.
