One of the houses he was able to sell was his Lake Nacimiento lake house, which was built in 2000. The house was listed with a $1.399 million asking price. It has an interior of 2,595 square feet as well as an additional 1,500-square-foot structure with a bathroom and roll-up doors. The house sits on approximately 30 acres of land, while it also features a spa and a porch.
