Tom Hanks & Rita Wilson – $17.5 Million, Pacific Palisades

Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson have been together for more than three decades now and speaking of a couple as rich as they are, it’s no wonder they’ve owned properties all over the States! In 2017, they decided to let go of some. They actually listed two of their ‘30s-Spanish Revival styled houses in the Pacific Palisades. Both the houses were sold for a total of $17.5-million in 2017. The house has an interior of 3,930 square feet and boasts four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. In 2020, both Tom and Rita contracted the coronavirus while working on a project in Australia.
