Ryan Seacrest is a radio personality and a TV host, best known from the American Idol. He hosted radio shows such as American Top 40 and On Air with Ryan Seacrest. On TV, Ryan co-hosted the Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve and since 2017, he’s been with Live with Kelly and Ryan. Seacrest’s production of Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution earned him an Emmy Award, while he also produced Bank of Hollywood and numerous other projects. He used to own this Hollywood Hills property 9,200 square feet large, on 2.87 acres of land. Ryan reportedly sold it in 2012 for $11M.

Trevor Noah – $20.5 Million, LA

The famous comedian and host for the Daily Show, Trevor Noah is living the life in his new $20.5-million luxury home. Not only the house is super gorgeous and has the most amazing view, it is also equipped with a cigar room, stone bar, saltwater aquarium, and is also included a  200 square meters master bedroom.
