Bob and Ginny Newhart – 56 Years

Bob Newhart was introduced to his wife Ginny by a mutual friend. In fact, that friend set them up on a blind date. Later, they were walking down the aisle in 1963. The couple has four children; two sons, and two daughters. Also, they’re proud grandparents to 10 grandchildren.

Bob Newhart and Ginny have shared that it’s not that they haven’t had fights in these 56 years of marriage, but they never included the word divorce in their vocabulary. They just didn’t feel happy being apart from each other. Bob continued his acting career and had a role in the 2011 film Horrible Bosses.
