Gary Burghoff – 78
Gary Burghoff got his break as Charlie Brown on You’re a Good Man, which was a 1967 Off-Broadway musical. Perhaps his most noteworthy role was as Corporal Walter Eugene O’Reilly on M.A.S.H. He also appeared regularly on Match Game which was a TV game show (1974 to 1975).
From 2000 to 2010, Burghoff was a spokesman for several brands, including IBM computers and BP gasoline. He made a comeback to the big screen in 2010 with a starring role on Daniel’s Lot. Besides being an entertainer, Burghoff has a varied portfolio as he is also a self-taught amateur painter, philatelist, jazz drummer, and the inventor of the fishing tackle “Chum Magic.”
