Sarah Millican is an English comedian and writer who does a good job of making people laugh. She has appeared on numerous hit shows, including 8 Out of 10 Cats, Have I Got News for You, and Mock of the Week. Yet there is something else Sarah is equally good at which isn’t a piece of cake for everyone.
Turns out Sarah is good at losing weight as well, and that too by restricting herself to healthy snacks and diet. Sarah swiped out unhealthy things in her diet and added more fruits, even for writing time snacks to be healthier. Although we are not sure how much she lost and in how much time, she definitely looks better!
Rebel Wilson — 165 Pounds
Rebel Wilson, who is an Australian actress and comedienne, earmarked the year 2020 as a year to focus solely on her health. Her goal? To lose as much excess weight as possible and bounce back to a healthier shape. Towards the end of the year, the actress took to social media to announce that she had lost a whopping 165 pounds and hoped to lose some more before the year finally ends.
One of Wilson’s strategies was to switch from eating high-calorie foods to high-protein ones consisting of fish, salmon, and chicken breast. The comedienne confessed that though she’d not perfectly kept to this routine, she was still happy about the tremendous progress she’s made.
Kirstie Alley – 50 Pounds – Diet And Exercise
If there is a celebrity with an inspiring story to tell about their weight loss journey, it has to be Kirstie Alley. The actor from ‘Star Trek II- The Wrath of Khan’ has been on quite the trip when it comes to shedding those extra pounds. Alley revealed that her biggest qualm is that she is a foodie and loved indulging in fast foods which made her fat.
When she appeared on ‘Dancing with The Stars’ in 2011, she lost a whopping 100 pounds. Nonetheless, when the actress stopped appearing on TV, the weight came back. It wasn’t until 2015 when Kirstie made deliberate changes to her diet and started working out that she saw lasting results.
