Roy Walker – 82 Years
Comedian Roy Walker is a Northern Irish television personality who is renowned for his long-standing career as a presenter. He achieved great success hosting the game show “Catchphrase” between 1986 and 1999, during which time he was one of the highest-paid TV stars. Prior to this, he had been the comedy partner of James Young before taking a seven year hiatus to serve in the British Army. In 1977, he won the ITV talent show “New Faces” with the highest mark ever given to a comedian. His fans have been enjoying his screen presence for over four decades, such as in his role as father of Olivier Award-nominated theatre actress Josie Walker.
