Bruce Arians & Christine Arians – Chandler, Estimated $1.5 Million
Bruce Arians is widely recognized for his coaching portfolio. He was with the Pittsburgh Steelers when they won the Super Bowl XL and XLIII. Arians once lived in a very nice villa in Chandler which featured an infinity pool, a private basement, and an amazing view of the nearby golf course. However, he decided to list it on the market in 2018 with an asking price of $1.5 million. In 2019, Arians became the Tampa Bay Buccaneers‘ new head coach. He was previously the head coach of the Arizona Cardinals prior to this.
