Jerry Rice & Latisha Pelayo – California, Estimated $9 Million
Jerry Rice used to be a part of the San Francisco 49ers and in his fifteen-year career with them, he was able to become a three-time Super Bowl champion. Back in 1997, Rice made a huge investment and purchased a new mansion in Atherton, California. The mansion was quite immense and it was like those lavish residences you would see on MTV Cribs. After more than a decade of living in it, Rice sold the estate for $9 million back in 2013. Rice has been dating Latisha Pelayo since 2008 and in 2018, the couple got engaged.
