Patrick Willis & Shenae Saifi – San Jose, Estimated $4.26 Million
A year after former San Francisco 49ers member Patrick Willis retired, he decided to give to put his house in San Jose on the market. Willis was already well-experienced when it came to investing in real estate so he decided that he was going to ask $6 million for the place. Sadly, he struggled to find a buyer and the house kept getting relisted. In 2017, someone finally decided to buy it but they got it for a discounted price of $4.26 million. Willis and his fiancée, Shenae Saifi, have been engaged since 2012 but there is still no news about their ‘big’ day.
