Catherine Bell – JAG , born 1968

The American, British-Iranian actress, model and also producer, Catherine Bell is famous for her role as Lieutenant Colonel Sarah MacKenzie in JAG, a television series that aired from 2007 to 2013. Catherine decided to try acting and tried in 1990 in a sitcom Sugar and Spice. Before playing the role that made her famous, Catherine landed a three-line role for JAG, which she then auditioned again after CBS took over the series and gave her the role of Sarah MacKenzie, and the rest it’s history. She also starred in Army Wives as Denise Sherwood, and as Cassandra “Cassie” Nightingale in Hallmark’s The Good Witch and Sequences. Catherine was nominated for the 2006 Best Supporting Actress on Television Saturn Award for her role in Triangle. We rarely see Catherine now on television but she is still active in acting and recently she was in NCIS: Los Angeles for the role of Sarah MacKenzie.
