Bette Midler and Martin von Haselberg – 35 Years
Another inspiring and long-lasting Hollywood union is that of Bette Midler and Martin Von Haselberg. The pair met in 1984, and after only six weeks of dating, they got married. The couple welcomed their first child in 1986. Unlike many other cases, Bette says her marriage helped her thrive in her career.
She describes Martin as the greatest father ever and admits that they owe much of their success as a couple to the act of listening. That’s great advice coming from someone who’s been married for over 30 years. Bette is starring in the 2019 animated film The Addams Family.
