Elton John and David Furnish – 14 Years
Sir Elton John met Ad executive David Furnish in 1993 at a party at his home. John says he liked David immediately, as he was independent, with a career and had his life sorted out. It was unknown territory for him to be with someone that didn’t need to be taken care of.
They had their first date the very next day and have been together ever since. The couple formalized their union in 2014 when gay marriage was legalized in the UK. They also have two boys, received via a surrogate mother. John’s most recent album is titled Wonderful Crazy Night.
