Bob Newhart – $14.5 Million, Bel Air

Comedian Bob Newhart became popular back in the 1960s after he released his best-selling live album titled  The Button-Down Mind of Bob Newhart. He eventually made a ton of earnings as an actor as well. Newhart once owned a lavish estate in Bel Air which measured around 9,169 square feet. The five-bedroom estate was purchased by Newhart for $4.2 million back in 1990. One of the best places to hang out in the place is the backyard that comes with a very nice pool and cabana. He eventually sold the place in 2016 for $14.5 million. Newhart’s most recent TV appearance was during the Grammy Awards in 2019.
