This is the second time that country music star Loretta Lynn appears on this list and this just proves that she has been into real estate investing over the years. Well, she is worth $65 million as of today so she can still invest in more homes in the coming years. One of her other former houses was a simple abode in Kingston Springs. Lynn actually sold the place to singer Jake Owen and it eventually went back on the market again in 2017 with a $1.5-million price tag. The house comes with four bedrooms, a tiki bar, and a recording studio.
