Sergei Fedorov – Miami – $11 million
The current general manager of Kontinental Hockey League’s CSKA Moscow, Sergei Fedorov, is also a retired ice hockey player. During his NHL career, he mostly played as a center, and with the Detroit Red Wings, he clinched the Stanley Cup three times. Fedorov retired from the NHL during the 2008-09 season. He then offloaded his $2.275 million Miami Beach penthouse which he co-shared with tennis star Anna Kournikova. The two must have been working with the best financial consultant because they managed to sell the place for $11 million! The 44-story 5,680-square-foot apartment has three floors. A private elevator, rooftop pool, and a 19-foot ceiling must have also raised the property’s value prospects.
