Milan Hejduk – Colorado – $5.2 million
Former Czech ice hockey forward Milan Hejduk played for the Colorado Avalanche during his entire NHL career. He retired in January 2018 with the record for the Avalanche player with the most career games. After becoming an American citizen in 2016, it made sense that Hejduk should build a home with his family. He settled for Colorado and bought a 16,700-square-foot Parker, Colorado mansion. However, when he retired, he listed it for $5.2 million which is a steal given its state of the art features. The house has a full-sized hockey rink complete with a Zamboni. With such an alluring feature, you’d need the best alarm system on the market!
