Pat LaFontaine has played for all three New York NHL teams and he also boasts of being an American hockey player whose clinched the most points per game. The retired hockey player and Mary Beth, his wife, listed their Lloyd Harbor waterfront property after snagging up a cozy Upper East Side one-bedroom condo, in 2013. They enlisted the services of property experts Elena D’Agostino and Joyce Mennella of Signature Premier Properties, with an asking price of $6.995 million. Meanwhile, LaFontaine bought his new Upper East Side condo for $1.68 million (though we don’t know if a mortgage was involved).
