Nicklas Lidstrom – Novi, Michigan – $2.9 million
Nicklas Lidstrom retired in 2012 after 20 NHL seasons and now serves as the Detroit Red Wings’ European scout. That also means that he no longer had a need for his Novi, Michigan house and he decided to sell it. Lidstrom’s 47725 Bellagio Drive home in Novi finally sold as reported by real estate agent John Goodman. Built in 2004, the listing price was $2.9 million but Goodman disclosed that it didn’t close for the full amount. However, the property only stayed on the market for 21 days and the luxurious amenities like five bedrooms with five full baths, a wine cellar, tennis court, and four-car garage explain why it sold quickly.
