Tyler Seguin – Dallas – $1.925 million
Currently serving as the Dallas Stars alternate captain, Tyler Seguin has had a successful career as a Canadian ice hockey professional since 2008. Since being traded to the Dallas Stars in 2013, he’s made the city his home. However, like most hockey players, he eventually decided to get into real estate investment and bought Mike Modano’s 7,250-square-foot Dallas home, as we’ve seen earlier. The resort-style home features a pool, pavilion, two fireplaces, both indoor and outdoor dining areas with televisions, a hot tub, and a grand kitchen. It has a den, a master’s bedroom gleaming with marble, and a home gym.
