Martin St. Louis – Tampa Bay, FL – $1.8 million
Former Canadian ice hockey pro Martin St. Louis is the first player to have his jersey retired by the Lightning organization in 2017. St. Louis began with the Calgary Flames and then played for the New York Rangers but he’s perhaps best remembered for his Tampa Bay Lighting seasons between 2000 and 2014. Along with fellow retired hockey player Jeff Hamilton, St. Louis opened Seven7, a private investment company. St. Louis decided to sell his 6.300-square-foot Mediterranean-style house in Tampa for $1.8 million. Among the property’s noteworthy features are six bedrooms with five bathrooms, an outdoor kitchen, private putting green, pool, and a spa.
