Ann Blyth – 94 Years Old
Ann Blyth proved her place in Hollywood when she went toe-to-toe with the great Joan Crawford in the 1945 film Mildred Pierce. The role earned her an Oscar nomination for best supporting actress. An impressive feat since she was just a teen at the time!
That success opened more doors for her, and Blyth went on to star in other box office hits. Among her other notable works include Killer McCoy and The Great Caruso. She retired from the screen in the ‘80s after an appearance in Murder, She Wrote. We last saw her honored at the TCM Classic Film Festival in 2013.
