Barbara Mandrell – 74 Years Old

Country star Barbara Mandrell earned her place in the genre’s brightest stars list thanks to hits like Years and Sleeping Single In A Double Bed. An all-around performer, she also managed to find crossover success in the pop scene of the ‘70s. So, although she retired in the ‘90s, we bet many fans still remember her work fondly.

She was honored by the Grand Ole Opry in 2021 with the release of her own merchandise line that includes clothes, mugs, and posters printed with her signature song; I Was Country When Country Wasn’t Cool. Now in her 70s and still thriving, the two-time Grammy winner is living with her family in Tennessee.
