Bern Nadette Stanis, 69, Born In 1953 – Good Times

Although not an A-lister, many fans may still recognize Bern Nadette Stanis as Thelma Evans on the CBS show “Good Times,” which ran from 1974 to 1979. While playing the part, the actress showed her dancing skills and was often hailed for her elegance and form while performing on TV.

Sadly, Stanis arguably didn’t achieve the same level of popularity that she got from the show, as she only landed minor roles in several series in the past years. She may not regularly pop up on our screens, but she remains active. In 2020, she starred in the short “Dreams from the Edge” as Rose Lane.
