Ursula Andress – $2.995 Million, Beverly Hills
If you watched the Bond film titled Dr. No, then you must remember Ursula Andress for playing Bond girl Honey Ryder. Back in 1991, Andress spent $965K for a house in Beverly Hills. She sold it to a woman named Malgosia Migdal back in 2017 for $2.28 million. As it turned out, Migdal later treated it as a smart investment because, after a bit of remodeling, she placed it back on the market with a $2.995 million price tag. The house now has a more modern touch to it. Andress is already retired and her last acting role was in The Bird Preachers back in 2005.
