Olivia Newton-John – $7.5 Million, Malibu
Olivia Newton-John is an award-winning singer but some of you might also know her for starring in the movie Grease. She definitely has an “eye” for choosing houses and her former home in Malibu proves it. The place is elegantly designed, surrounded by trees, and features a cozy, modern interior.
Among its many luxuries are its swimming pool, greenhouse, and horse stables. The house was listed on the market in 2016 with an asking price of $7.5 million. Since 2017, Newton-John has been battling cancer again but she assured her fans in 2019 that she is getting better.
Robert Redford – $7 Million, Napa Valley
Robert Redford is well-known for his talent in acting and directing. Some of his most notable projects were Ordinary People, Out of Africa, and Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. Thanks to the massive salary he got for so many years, he was able to buy himself a lavish estate in Napa Valley back in 2004. The three-bedroom home comes with an artist’s studio, a vegetable garden, and a heated swimming pool. Redford was able to sell the place in January 2019 for $7 million. After producing and starring in The Old Man and the Gun in 2018, Redford decided to officially retire from acting.
Tom Selleck – Price Unknown, Bay Ridge
A lot of you remember actor Tom Selleck for his lead role in the show, Magnum P.I. Aside from that, Selleck also showed his comedic talent by appearing on Three Men and a Baby and its sequel. Of course, he also did The Rockford Files and the Jesse Stone TV movies.
Since 2010, Selleck has been starring in Blue Bloods. The house you see on the show which is occupied by Selleck’s character is pictured above. Sources say the home was first built back in the 1920s but the exact worth of the place remains undisclosed. The real owners of the house are the Diocese of Saint Maron-USA.
Clint Eastwood – $9.75 Million Pebble Beach, CA
Clint Eastwood is a highly respected name in Hollywood who has been getting huge paychecks for many decades now. Eastwood hasn’t retired yet and his most recent role was in The Mule in 2018. He once owned a nice home in Pebble Beach, California which was about 6,900 square feet. It has a total of six bedrooms and seven bedrooms. The interior was never really remade according to modern styles so whoever bought the place as it was would feel that classic 1920s vibe. The house was listed back in 2017 for $9.75 million.
