Estelle Parsons – Now 94
A historically astounding actress both on TV and on stage, Estelle Parsons has it all. Her appearances on TV were infrequent, but they were all notable occurrences. The ’70s was her most extensive work period where she was involved in both film and theatre.
Estelle managed to snag an ‘Academy Award’ for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Blanche Barrow on ‘Bonnie & Clyde’ of 1967, which starred Faye Dunaway and Warren Beatty. She was also nominated for her performance in Rachel, Rachel in 1968. Yet, her most notable (and also most recent) appearance was in the recently rebooted and concluded sitcom, ‘Roseanne’.
