Max Boyce – 78 Years
Funnyman Maxwell Boyce, MBE, famously known as Max Boyce, has been a successful comedian and entertainer since his debut in 1971.
Combining musical comedy and his love for rugby union, he rose to prominence in the mid-’70s with his 1975 comedy album “We All Had Doctors’ Papers” topping the UK Albums Chart – the only album to have achieved this feat. Over the course of his four decade career, Boyce has sold over two million albums. The 1943 Glamorgan-born comedian is still active today and was last seen on screen in an episode of the 2020 mini docu-series “The Great Indoors.”
