Kristy McNichol – 60

Kristy’s most iconic role was Angel from Little Darlings, but that role did not mark the high point of her career. Her portrayal of Letitia ‘Buddy’ Lawrence in the sitcom Family granted her an Emmy award in 1979. Besides that, Kristy has had a host of memorable roles in films such as Starsky & Hutch, The Love Boar, and Bionic Woman. After she retired form acting, she took up teaching acting at an LA private school and also spent a lot of her time invested in charity work. In 2012 she came out as gay and hopes that her coming out will help others who struggle to come out.
