Cote De Pablo – 43 years

Cote de Pablo is a Chilean-American actress and singer who, after relocating to Miami, Florida, studied musical theater. At the age of 15, she started her journey in the acting world and moved to New York to pursue it more seriously. To make ends meet, she worked as a waitress and joined the New York Public Theatre. Her career began to gain traction when she hosted a talk show called Control in 1995, although it only lasted a year. Her fame skyrocketed when she was cast as Special Agent Ziva David in NCIS in 2005. Now 41 years old, Cote de Pablo has returned to NCIS and still looks like she is in her twenties, such as having not aged a day.
