Noted British actor Robert Powell is widely recognised for his acclaimed roles in Mahler, Thirty Nine Steps and Jesus of Nazareth. He has also featured in a range of popular TV shows such as Holby City, Doomwatch and The Detectives. Additionally, Powell has narrated many documentaries.
He is additionally an avid supporter of a number of charities, and although he does not appear as often on screen these days, he still has aspirations to be involved in more projects.
