The Daily Express dubbed her “The Face of 1966” and voted her British Woman of the Year. She had modeled in France, Japan, and the United States by 1967, and appeared on the covers of Vogue and The Tatler. Her fame had reached all corners of the globe. After modeling, Twiggy enjoyed a successful career as a screen, stage, and television actress.
