Jo Koy has been living it up since his comedy specials on ‘Netflix’ such as ‘Jo Koy: In his Elements,’ have got him further worldwide recognition for his exceptional talent as a stand-up comedian. We must commend him for spending most of his well-earned money on a cozy hilltop home in Los Angeles.

When purchasing the Studio City condo in 2013 for $2.2 million, his only requirement was a large kitchen in the single-story structure with a two-bedroom main house and a huge garage to park up to six cars. Jo has made renovations to accommodate a second floor with a master suite. The property has a guesthouse convenient for when family and friends drop in.

Cameron Diaz is a well-known actress, as she was active from 1994 to 2014 and achieved fame immediately with her debut role in The Mask. Jessica Alba is a world-famous actress who began acting at the age of 13. Financing a business has paid off big time for Jessica, as she’s now the co-founder of the successful The Honest Company. It is described as the Hamptons traditional home, while it sits on 1.85 acres of land and has 8,829 square feet of total space.

Brad Pitt – $60 Million, France

Brad Pitt is a world-famous actor who needs no introduction. Besides acting, he is a producer and owns Plan B Entertainment, while he is also a known humanitarian. He was on Thelma & Louise, Legends of the Fall, Interview with the Vampire, Seven, 12 Monkeys, Fight Club, Ocean’s Eleven, and its sequels. Ann Curry is an award-winning journalist who was the host of the Today show between 1997 and 2012. Scarlett Johansson is a world-famous actress and among those actresses who bring home the highest paychecks in showbiz. She was in films like Ghost World, Lost in Translation, Girl with a Pearl Earring, and The Prestige. However, Scarlett is probably best known as Black Widow from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. She was also on Rough Night, Ghost in a Shell, Her, and portrayed Ivanka Trump recently on Saturday Night Live. It is a 5,000-square-foot large house, with four bedrooms, and five bathrooms.

Katie Holmes, famous for her role Joey Potter on the teen drama Dawson’s Creek, from 1998 to 2003. With the net worth of $25 million, the gorgeous actress bought a huge mansion in Los Angeles for $3.79 million! Katie and her adorable daughter Suri lives in the 6,200 square foot house with 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Katie’s home gives out an European vibe with an open-air plan. The house also feature a baseball court and a huge pool. It looks amazing!
