Lionel Richie is a singer and songwriter, who was a member of the group called Commodores but also had a successful solo career in the ‘80s. Richie had success with the band and on his own, establishing himself as one of the best balladeers. He released ten solo albums, most recent of which was Tuskegee from 2012.

Richie has also had numerous acting roles and is currently a judge on American Idol. This home of his in Beverly Hills has 28 rooms and was built by several architects and designers in 1929. It has 17,000 square feet of living area and Richie bought it for an undisclosed amount.
