Michael Phelps – $2.5 Million, Scottsdale

Michael Phelps is a retired professional swimmer who holds the record for the most Olympic medals won in history. He reaped 28 medals, of which 23 are gold (also an all-time record), and numerous other accolades.  Phelps also still holds the record for 100-meter butterfly, the 200-meter butterfly, and 400-meter individual medley, all long course categories. In 2018, Michael was reportedly selling his home in Arizona for $4.1M, while his initial investment in it was $2.5M when he bought it in 2015. It has five bedrooms, 6.5 baths, and 6,000 square feet of space.
