Jeff Franklin – $4 Million, San Francisco
Jeff Franklin is a well-known director, producer, and writer as he created such shows as Full House, Fuller House, Hangin’ with Mr. Cooper, and Malcolm & Eddie. He worked as a teacher before becoming a writer, and Jeff began his TV career working on Bosom Buddies and Laverne & Shirley. Jeff then pitched the idea for a TV show featuring three comics living together while ABC wanted a family sitcom, so he added three children and Full House was born. In 2016, Jeff purchased the San Francisco house which was featured in the Full House’s opening credits. He paid $4M and did some home remodeling to make it look like how it did in the show.
