John Legend – $14.1 Million, Beverly Hills
John Legend & Christine Teigen own a fabulous house in the Beverly Hills. They have renovated the house within the past decade but was out of sync with Legend’s and Teigen’s tastes involved the layering of materials. They concealed the house from street view behind a new garage built of massive Cor-Ten–steel panels along with a bronze entry gate that is etched with an Asian village scene. Stewart created a beautiful Shangri-la of terrace outdoor space that flank two sides of the home.
